Mark Kelchner is an experienced manufacturing and quality engineer with 25+ years in project management, process improvement and problem solving.  As a Lean Leader, Mark has helped many companies define and implement their process improvement projects, improving flow and increasing capacity.

Mark has worked as both a manufacturing and quality engineer at a variety of businesses both small and large, which include warehousing and distribution, chemical, machining, metal fabrication, electric motors, industrial compressors, cabinet makers, and packaging. In addition to his industry experience, he has also served in a leadership roles in technical education and industrial consulting.

As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Mark has a proven track record for problem-solving to reduce defects and variability.  Mark is also an authorized agent and Certified Train-The-Trainer for Training Within Industry from the TWI Institute. He is certified in Job Instruction and Job Methods and has trained and coached many companies during the past 12 years. Businesses will find Mark to be an engaging leader, coach and trainer collaborating with all levels of an organization.

Mark Kelchner holds a B.S. in Mechanical Technology from the University of Central Missouri and an M.S. in Industrial Technology-Management, also from theUniversity of Central Missouri. Mark also holds the following certifications:
