Ronnie Walker’s background in manufacturing includes leading ISO implementations, audits and quality systems in the US, Mexico, Canada, China, South Korea, and Italy. He has a long history of training not only in manufacturing, but banking, mining, aerospace, retail, service, government, and medical. He has served in roles of manager, director, plant manager, consultant, training coordinator, and classroom instructor at the post-secondary level. He has worked in both military installations and commercial operations.
Walker’s approach to training is both practical and participative, allowing companies to implement programs that reduce costs, reduce cycle time, and minimize variation in business processes resulting in improved productivity and quality of products and service to customers. Ronnie has attended sessions personally taught by both Deming and Juran. He is a certified facilitator for group activities and has served on numerous local and national committees. He holds a BS in Industrial Technology and a MS in Industrial Education.
