In this beginner 3-hour seminar, students will learn several styles of self-defense techniques including close combat & ground fighting. Students will also learn about self-discipline, self-control, and self-awareness in many different environments while gaining confidence by learning ways not to become a victim. This class is beneficial to all ages and genders.

Students should wear comfortable clothes and shoes such as shorts or sweatpants and tennis shoes.
