This American Heart Association course includes adult, child, and infant CPR, and mouth-to-mask ventilation training for healthcare providers. This class is designed for those working in the healthcare field only, and will not be suitable for those working in other professions.  Upon successful completion, each participant will receive a BLS course completion card. Books will be provided if needed. Unless noted otherwise, classes are skills testing only, meaning you must complete an online portion prior to the start of class.

Register for the hands-on skills portion of the class at OTC by going to workforce.otc.edu and selecting the “Register Online” button. Go to the keyword field and enter “BLS” with no quotation marks and a list of options will appear. After you complete registration, call us at 417-447-8888 to confirm email address to send information to access the online portion. There will be no further charge. Make sure to call at least three days before to gain access so you can complete the online portion and print off certificate to bring to class.

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the Association.
