This program will prepare you or your employees to be successful in a manufacturing environment
even with no previous production experience! This statewide initiative is designed to help individuals
begin a solid career with good pay while increasing the quality and competitiveness of Missouri
manufacturers.
Students will gain the skills and abilities to be employable at a manufacturing facility. This course
follows curriculum guidelines developed by the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC). Upon
completion, you or your employees will be ready to begin entry-level positions such as materials handler,
team assembler, or basic machine operator.
This is a hybrid program with work to be completed online as well as in a seated class.
Completers will earn an OSHA 10-hour credential and may test to earn the MSSC Certified Production
Technician: Safety and the Certified Production Technician: Quality Practices and Measurement.*
