Financial Aid Options for Workforce Programs
Financial aid options vary depending on the program.

Apprenticeships provide individuals with job opportunities along with related classroom instruction paid for by the employer. Visit Individuals: Apprenticeship Benefits – OTC Center for Workforce Development for more information.
A number of employers provide either tuition assistance or course reimbursement. Please contact your employer’s Human Resources department for more information about your company’s or organization’s reimbursement policy.
The Job Corps Scholars grant helps qualifying students between the ages of 16 and 24 with free tuition for eligible program areas. For more information, visit Job Corps Scholars Grant – Job Corps (otc.edu)

As a military spouse of an active-duty service member, you may be eligible to receive $4,000 through the My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) Scholarship to pursue training and professional certifications that will provide you with in-demand skills and knowledge to help you stand out to potential employers. Training assistance may be available to those who are unemployed or underemployed, seeking employment in high-growth occupations or seeking employment in high-demand occupations.
Assistance is also available for eligible individuals to complete formal educational programs. Examples of formal educational programs include: basic math and reading, GED or high school equivalency preparation, English as a Second Language, training for industry-recognized credentials, or an associate or bachelor’s degree.
